Do you find farming on farmville or feeding your fish on fishville slow? Maybe you're using Internet Explorer. Even worse, you may still be using Internet Explorer 6! I'm not flaming, but IE is still bound by some legendary code and has not yet fully taken advantage of the capabilities of flash. Now, they are working on that in the 9th version but it won't be out until later next year...and even that isn't a consolation.
